A Journey Within - a weekend series of SOMA Breath workshops led by Monika Cisło, the first certified facilitator of this method in Poland. Additionally, unique treatments and rejuvenation at SPA LAVA e Sal.
SOMA Breath energy meditation is based on rhythmic breathing accompanied by uplifting tripnaural music. The method activates alpha and theta brain waves, which are responsible for enhancing the integration of body and spirit. The goal of meditation is to release tensions, improve mood, stimulate creativity, and balance emotional states.

This reservation can be cancelled without costs until until 5 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 40% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 40% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
