Christmas meals are served in two shifts:
- Breakfasts: 1st shift 7:30-9:00 | 2nd shift 10:00-11:30; (25.12, 26.12)
- Dinner: 1st shift 16:00-17:30 | 2nd shift 18:30-20:00; (25.12)
- Christmas Eve Dinner: 1st shift 16:00-18:00 | 2nd shift 19:00-21:00. (24.12)
When making a reservation, please declare the desired meal shifts (it is possible to choose only the same shift for breakfast, Christmas Eve dinner, and dinner). We reserve the right to change meal serving hours. In case of no declaration, the hotel will assign a shift randomly.

Due to unforeseen events, changes in the attraction schedule may occur.
W celu zagwarantowania rezerwacji wymagane jest dokonanie bezzwrotnej przedpłaty 40% wartości rezerwacji za pośrednictwem systemu płatności online. Pozostała kwota płatna w momencie przyjazdu. W przypadku anulowania rezerwacji lub nie pojawienia się w obiekcie w dniu przyjazdu obiekt obciąży Gościa 40% wartości rezerwacji. W przypadku skrócenia pobytu, obiekt obciąży Gościa całkowitą wartością rezerwacji. Modyfikacja rezerwacji z powodu szczególnych zdarzeń losowych możliwa jest tylko jednorazowo do 7 dni przed przyjazdem. Każda sytuacja jest rozpatrywana indywidualnie, a po zmianie rezerwacji warunki zmieniają się na bezzwrotną bez braku możliwości zmiany terminu. W przypadku publikowania przez Hotel ofert promocyjnych limitowanych czasowo (First Minute, Last Minute itp.) odnosić się one będą tylko do nowo utworzonych rezerwacji. Zastosowanie nowej oferty/promocji do istniejącej już rezerwacji nie jest możliwe. Ilość pokoi dostępnych w ofertach promocyjnych jest zawsze ograniczona.
