Grand New Year's Eve Ball "Sylwester PRL 2026" (20:00 – 03:00)

An adults-only event. Get ready for a night full of elegance combined with the finest traditions of a bygone era!

• Music & Entertainment: An unforgettable night of dancing until dawn will be provided by a professional DJ and Master of Ceremonies, who will get you dancing to the greatest hits. The evening will be enhanced by an exceptional recital by Katarzyna Kołodziejczyk. Engaging competitions with prizes will also take place throughout the night.
• Welcoming the New Year: At midnight, we will head together to the lakeshore to admire a spectacular silent fireworks display with a glass of sparkling wine. (Our displays are completely safe and pet-friendly!)
• New Year's Convenience: For all guests attending the ball and departing on 1 January, we offer complimentary late check-out until 12:00.

New Year's Eve Buffet Menu & Live Cooking Stations

Our Chef has prepared an exceptional menu inspired by the iconic flavours of a bygone era, presented in a modern, 5-star style. The tables will feature traditional Polish specialties, perfectly complementing the atmosphere of a New Year's Eve house party.

• Welcome appetiser: A traditional, iconic touch to start the evening on a high note.
• Rich selection of cold buffets: A wide selection of traditional roasted meats, homemade pâtés and cold cuts, Old Polish jellied dishes, eggs prepared in exquisite ways, as well as fish from a local Masurian smokehouse and herring served in several variations.
• Exquisite hot dishes: Classic, hearty soups, traditional meats in their own and herb sauces, roasted cod, and a rich selection of traditional starchy sides and seasonal vegetables with buttered breadcrumbs.
• Midnight restorative meal: Traditional, warming beetroot soup with a homemade savoury pastry, served just after welcoming the New Year.
• Spectacular Live Cooking Stations: A spectacular live culinary show during which our chefs will serve, among other dishes, a whole slow-roasted ham with an aromatic sauce and roasted sturgeon with butter and herbs.
• Sweet Memories Corner: A rich dessert buffet filled with iconic cakes and sweets, including homemade cheesecake, apple pie, traditional metrowiec cake and legendary chocolate block.

⚠️ Important information: Children may not attend the adults-only ball. For them, we organise a separate, safe and attraction-filled ball dedicated exclusively to children aged 6 and over.

Exclusive Ball and Entertainment for Children

We have made sure that our youngest guests enjoy this time just as excitingly! We have prepared a rich, professional entertainment programme led by animators (included in the package for 30.12 – 01.01) as well as a dedicated New Year's Eve Ball for Children.

Dedicated Children's Buffet during the Ball:

A specially composed menu sure to please even the pickiest eaters! The children's buffet will include, among other dishes, popular tomato soup, crispy chicken strips, mini pizza, fluffy pancakes, roasted potatoes and a wide selection of mini desserts loved by children.

The children's ball is not included in the package price and costs an additional 280 zł!
