TERMS OF RENTING A HOUSE ON THE WATER
applicable to rentals carried out by the hotel
§1. General provisions
- These Terms define the rules for renting the house on the water offered by Hotel Lake Hill Mazury, a member of Radisson Individuals.
- Making a reservation and using the house on the water means acceptance of these Terms.
- The house on the water is intended exclusively for recreational and accommodation purposes.
- The person responsible for the rental is the person making the reservation ("Tenant").
- The Tenant is obliged to familiarize all participants of the stay with the content of the Terms.
§2. Reservations and payments
- Reservations can be made:
- online,
- by phone,
- by email,
- directly at the Hotel reception.
- The condition for confirming the reservation is:
- payment of a deposit of 40% of the stay value
- The remaining amount for the stay must be settled no later than on the day of check-in.
- The Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation in case of non-payment within the designated deadline.
- The service price list is available on the Hotel's website and at the reception.
§3. Check-in and check-out
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM.
- Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
- Upon check-in the Tenant is obliged to:
- present an identity document,
- sign a statement,
- The Hotel may refuse to hand over the house on the water to a person under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants.
§4. Rules for using the house on the water
- The house on the water may only be used by the number of persons in accordance with the reservation.
- It is prohibited to:
- organize parties without the Hotel's consent,
- use open flames,
- smoke tobacco and electronic cigarettes inside the house on the water,
- transport dangerous materials,
- behave in a way that may endanger the safety of people or property.
- Quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- The Tenant is obliged to maintain order and proper use of the equipment.
- Use of piers, terraces and waterfront infrastructure is at one's own risk and in compliance with safety rules.
- Jumping into the water from piers, terraces or other elements of the facility's infrastructure is prohibited.
- Guests are obliged to follow the instructions of the Hotel staff regarding safety and use of the facility's infrastructure.
- Leaving children unattended near the water area is prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Use of the house on the water by minors is only possible under the supervision of adults.
§5. Safety
- The Tenant is obliged to comply with the safety rules applicable on the premises, especially when using piers, terraces and areas directly above the water.
- Using terraces, piers and water infrastructure under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants is prohibited.
- Children and non-swimmers should remain under constant supervision of guardians near the water.
- In case of failure or danger, contact the Hotel staff immediately at: 89 307 50 50 or 691 885 885.
- The Hotel may temporarily limit or block access to piers, terraces or parts of the waterfront infrastructure in case of adverse weather conditions or situations that may threaten the safety of Guests.
- Using the water area outside the designated and supervised bathing area is solely at the Guests' responsibility.
- In case of damage to the infrastructure or situations that may cause safety hazards, Guests are obliged to immediately inform the Hotel staff.
- The Tenant is responsible for damages caused by themselves or their accompanying persons.
§6. Hotel's liability
- The Hotel is responsible for preparing the house on the water in a condition consistent with the offer description.
- The Hotel is not liable for:
- items left by the Tenant,
- interruptions due to force majeure,
- limitations resulting from weather conditions,
- damages resulting from failure to comply with the Terms.
- The Hotel is not responsible for consequences of using the waterfront infrastructure contrary to its intended purpose or in a manner violating safety rules.
- The Hotel is not responsible for accidents resulting from failure to comply with the Terms, staff instructions or safety markings on the premises.
- The premises may be under video surveillance to ensure the safety of persons and protection of property.
- In case of malfunctions that prevent the use of the house on the water, the Hotel undertakes to take remedial actions or provide an alternative solution if possible.
§7. Damages and additional fees
- The Tenant is financially liable for any damages caused during the stay.
- In case of exceeding the check-out time, the Hotel may charge an additional fee.
- The Tenant bears the costs of additional cleaning resulting from above-standard dirtiness.
§8. Cancellation policy
- Cancellation conditions:
- cancellation up to 7 days before arrival – 100% refund of the paid amount,
- cancellation less than 7 days before arrival – no refund of paid funds.
- The Hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations for reasons beyond its control, especially related to safety or weather conditions.
- In case of cancellation by the Hotel, the Tenant shall be refunded payments made.
§9. Complaints
- Complaints regarding the stay should be reported immediately during the stay or within 7 days after its end.
- Complaints can be submitted:
- by email to: info.ostroda@radissonindividuals.com
- in writing to the Hotel's address.
- The Hotel will consider the complaint within 14 days of receipt.
§10. Personal data
- The administrator of personal data is Masuria Resort Investments sp. z o.o. with its registered office at 00-014 Warsaw, ul. Moniuszki 1A, registered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register KRS, under the number KRS: 0000659993, NIP: 5252695748. - Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the reservation and in accordance with applicable law.
- Detailed information on personal data protection is available in the Hotel's Privacy Policy.
§11. Final provisions
- Matters not regulated by these Terms shall be governed by Polish law.
- The Hotel reserves the right to amend the Terms.
- The current version of the Terms is available on the Hotel's website and at the reception.
- The Terms are effective from 19.06.2026.
W celu zagwarantowania rezerwacji wymagane jest dokonanie bezzwrotnej przedpłaty 40% wartości rezerwacji za pośrednictwem systemu płatności online. Pozostała kwota płatna w momencie przyjazdu. W przypadku anulowania rezerwacji lub nie pojawienia się w obiekcie w dniu przyjazdu obiekt obciąży Gościa 40% wartości rezerwacji. W przypadku skrócenia pobytu, obiekt obciąży Gościa całkowitą wartością rezerwacji. Modyfikacja rezerwacji z powodu szczególnych zdarzeń losowych możliwa jest tylko jednorazowo do 7 dni przed przyjazdem. Każda sytuacja jest rozpatrywana indywidualnie, a po zmianie rezerwacji warunki zmieniają się na bezzwrotną bez braku możliwości zmiany terminu. W przypadku publikowania przez Hotel ofert promocyjnych limitowanych czasowo (First Minute, Last Minute itp.) odnosić się one będą tylko do nowo utworzonych rezerwacji. Zastosowanie nowej oferty/promocji do istniejącej już rezerwacji nie jest możliwe. Ilość pokoi dostępnych w ofertach promocyjnych jest zawsze ograniczona.
