W przypadku anulowania rezerwacji lub nie pojawienia się w obiekcie w dniu przyjazdu obiekt obciąży Gościa 40% wartości rezerwacji. W przypadku skrócenia pobytu, obiekt obciąży Gościa całkowitą wartością rezerwacji. Modyfikacja rezerwacji z powodu szczególnych zdarzeń losowych możliwa jest tylko jednorazowo do 7 dni przed przyjazdem. Każda sytuacja jest rozpatrywana indywidualnie, a po zmianie rezerwacji warunki zmieniają się na bezzwrotną bez braku możliwości zmiany terminu. W przypadku publikowania przez Hotel ofert promocyjnych limitowanych czasowo (First Minute, Last Minute itp.) odnosić się one będą tylko do nowo utworzonych rezerwacji. Zastosowanie nowej oferty/promocji do istniejącej już rezerwacji nie jest możliwe. Ilość pokoi dostępnych w ofertach promocyjnych jest zawsze ograniczona.
